Since our inception, the Real Estate Lab has been a catalyst for community impact by providing our participants with the knowledge, networks, and capital enabling them to purchase over $4 million in real estate and positively impact their communities.
Knowledge
A 10-week course provides a comprehensive overview of the essentials of real estate investment and property management.
Networks
The Real Estate Lab, located in downtown Allentown, is a makerspace for real estate entrepreneurship and investing. Outfitted with neighborhood maps, books, construction walls, and seasoned investors ready to lend a helping hand, the Lab is a perfect resource for mentorship and knowledge.
Capital
The Finance Center located in The Real Estate Lab is where neighborhood resident entrepreneurs can meet with and seek guidance from various lenders (mortgage brokers and commercial bank loan officers) and other individuals and capital providers.
The Investor Club is a forum for responsible local real estate investors in downtown Allentown to share ideas and learn from other investors and real estate professionals.
Allentown Neighborhood Innovation Fund - A dedicated capital pool available to program participants for acquisitions and rehabs through grants, low-or-no interest loans and equity investments.
