The Real Estate Lab, located in downtown Allentown, is a hub for investors, policy makers, and other real estate professionals to gather and share knowledge and resources. Our participants benefit from this connectivity, forming relationships that will be critical to their success as entrepreneurs.
Networks
Through a hands-on 10-week course, we offer participants an overview of the real estate transaction lifecycle. Starting with an inventory of their current means – who they are, what they know, and who they know – participants are encouraged to imagine possibilities and take action in starting their entrepreneurship journey.
Knowledge
Through the generosity of our partners, a real estate investment fund is available to program participants who have successfully completed the program for the acquisition and rehab of Allentown-area properties.
